Discover How to Be Your Best
by Gary Kobat on November 26th, 2013

We know we're being assisted, universally guided when it feels
right inside us - when it brings a sense of peace.

This amazing, inner-energy, our universal Guidance never
creates or brings about anxiety, depression, or fear.

And it will be our feelings that let us know if we
are hearing our inner guidance.

Attempting to be loving to others before being loving to
ourselves will always be about control, where
we cannot hear our guidance.

When we are being loving to ourselves, we can naturally be loving
towards others, but if we are loving towards others first without love
to ourselves, then our inner wounded self feels abandoned and
we begin tugging, controlling, shaming, blaming, and pulling
on others to give us the love we are not giving ourselves.

When we ask ourselves questions about truth and love with a deep
sincere desire to learn, we put ourselves out to the universe, take
responsibility where guidance can respond and assist us.

Everything is energy: words, manners, choice, respect, treating
another as an equal, living in the right brain as Adult, or living
in the left brain as wounded - and the higher the energy,
the easier it is to hear our guidance.

It is unrealistic to expect to hear our inner guidance through
excess stress, sugar, fear, alcohol, drugs, junk food,
and the like.

So to improve our energy, our frequency, we must do whatever
it takes to sleep better, eat light, move, be clean, be in
nature, be creative, come from love, choose and be
in peace and joy with regularity, where guidance....

...and the possibilities are Infinite.
