Have you ever been fired? No

What are your real passions? I love to empower women with education and knowledge so they can be a partner in their medical decisions and those of their families.

If you won the lotto what would you do? Give 10% to charity; invest the rest for my 7 children and future grandchildren.

What do you hope to accomplish in the future? I hope to have a forum for women to be able to discuss their different health options and find a place to get the strength and courage to accomplish what they want in life.

What do you like to do in your personal life? Spend time with my children and husband, exercise, cook a lot of vegetables, attend births, and read medical reports.

Please give us one or two shameless plugs. Herbalists and Alchemists, Healing spirit farms,

Please give us one plug for someone else or your favorite cause or charity. The herbalists Amanda McQuaid, David Winston, and Robin Rose Bennett.

What do you do to help stay your best ever? I drink water, eat healthy, try to breathe, exercise, and do random acts of kindness.

How do you help other people be their best? I teach women how to ask questions and how to have the strength to stand up for what they feel is right and not be influenced by those that are stronger and more powerful.

What is your favorite book to recommend to someone else to read- Bruce Liptons books.
